Dear Eron,
I am writing you a letter to thank you once again for your support during our trip and for the excellent organization of the expedition to Margherita peak.
I would also like to write a feedback regarding the staff. Everyone who participated in the trip was absolutely perfect! The whole team worked so hard and with a smile! We were provided with support and service the whole time, which for me was absolutely above average. I would really like to thank the guiding expertise of Mr Robert and Mr Bosco. They were knowledgeable about just about every plant and animal along the way and especially during the climbing day they were a great support to us!
I would also like to commend the special porter and group leader Jeremy. His approach was totally professional and I can say that his social sensitivity and human approach will definitely make him a very capable guide.
